Orders
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We deliver to The Netherlands, Germany, France and Austria.
Q: What are the available payment methods?
A: You can pay using iDEAL, credit or debit card (Maestro/MasterCard/Visa), PayPal or Sofort. Payment on delivery is not possible.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I have completed the payment?
A: After your order is confirmed, it's no longer possible to modify it. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact our Customer Service. If it has, you will be able to return it and make another order.
Q: I have placed an order - what is the status?
A: Go to My Account, where you can find information about previous and active orders. You have to be logged in to do this. If you've made an order as a guest, please follow the link given in the confirmation e-mail.
Q: I have placed an order, but I haven’t received a confirmation. What should I do now?
A: A few minutes after you’ve completed the payment you should receive either a payment confirmation e-mail, or a confirmation that the payment has failed. If you haven't received a confirmation, or if you have received the confirmation but haven’t received your order in 2-3 working days, please contact our Customer Service.
Q: Can I reserve a product in the webshop?
A: Unfortunately this is not possible. Better get it while it's there!
Delivery
Q: What are the delivery costs?
A: For The Netherlands and Germany - €4.95 per order. For Austria and France - €7.95. For complete returns within the Netherlands or from Germany you pay €4.95 and from France and Austria you pay €7.95. These costs will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded. The return amount consists of the full purchase price including the shipping from YAYA to the Consumer. For partial returns, no fee will be charged.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: The order should arrive in 2-3 workdays after it's confirmed. You can track the shipment here by using the tracking code from the confirmation e-mail.
Q: Can I modify the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
A: Yes! You can change the delivery options with GLS. Please enter the package tracking code that you've received by e-mail.
Returns and exchanges
Q: Within how many days can I return my order?
A: You can return articles within 14 days from the moment of delivery.
Q: How can I return an article?
A: If you want to return your order, please fill out the form included with the package, then place it in the box, along with the articles that you want to return and stick the address sticker on the box. Bring the package to a point of Kiala (The Netherlands) or UPS (Germany & elsewhere) and keep the receipt.
Q: Can I exchange an article for a different one?
A: If you want to exchange your article for a different size or color, please make a return and place a new order.
Q: I have bought something in the webshop, can I exchange this in a YAYA store?
A: This is not possible. Please follow the return procedure.
Q: How long will it take to receive a refund after I've sent a return?
A: When we receive the returned items, we will process them as soon as possible - this should take no longer than 14 days.
